François JOLY is the technical director of Chikara Chelsea’ kickboxing/teakwon-do program. Mr. JOLY is a 4th degree black belt in GTF taekwon-do. He has a NCCP level 3 coaching certification in addition to being a WAKO certified kickboxing instructor.
